Passionate about Orange Sky Orange Sky’s Board of Directors consists of four non-executive directors and two executive directors, who are supported by a company secretary. The Board are passionate about Orange Sky’s mission, and their work ensures that we are able to continue to support everyday Australians experiencing homelessness and hardship, and also support First Nation peoples living in remote communities. What's involved? The Board’s role is to provide governance and strategic direction to ensure Orange Sky can deliver on our mission to positively connect communities. Andrew's LinkedIn Paula Holden Paula joined Orange Sky Australia as a Board member in 2019, and has experience across both mining and not-for-profit sectors. Paula is Chair of the People & Performance Committee. Paula's LinkedIn Maygan Grischy Maygan joined Orange Sky Australia as a Board member in 2025. She brings a wealth of experience leading digital innovation and business transformation, and a passion for connecting and problem solving. Maygan is Chair of the Audit, Risk & Investment Committee. Maygan's LinkedIn Sommer Davies Sommer joined the Orange Sky Australia Board in 2019, and has over 25 years of fundraising and not-for-profit experience.
