15 beds, built to be passed on. Each community that receives them chooses where they go next. Each bed carries a QR code that opens its own trail: where it was built, who it travelled with, and where it points now.
Every chapter on these trails was shared with consent, and the story went home first, in the format its community chose. Empty trails are honest trails: they mean the bed is on the road and the yarning is still happening.
